Is icoa membership free ?

Yes, its absolutely free. You can sign up for a free business or personal account With Member profile page and start immediate to connect with other icoa members
Please Note: that you have to enter accurate and verifiable information about your business/profile as often fake/scam business / profiles are liable to get deleted .

What are the benefits of joining the icoa platform ?

The icoa membership, opens the doors to endless networking opportunities that will make your businesses, investments and network more visible and successful. And promoting your business or profile to the African continent and global community.

What is my upgrade package options ?

There are two available options when choosing your package – One Month or Annual.
This means you will be charged on the same day each months or year.
Please note : Icoa upgrade packages fee is non refundable, You can choose to not renew your next renewal date

How long is the free membership valid ?

Free membership profiles are valid for life. There is no burden to upgrade their membership plans. However, upgrade packages make more effective use of business growth, investment and network promotion tools.

So our advice to responsible entrepreneurs, startups, exporters,  suppliers, businesses and organizations would be to upgrade their membership plan from a free package to an upgrade to get access the most business benefits, networking and more..

I have a credit card. Why should I use ICOA wallet ?
icoa wallet is a much safer way to make payments on icoa services where & when you are unwilling to reveal your credit card information. This makes it more secure than a credit card, where the entire limit is available for purchases.

Can I transfer  or receive funds from other icoa members  ?
Yes! Through the*inside your wallet, you can transfare amount or request from Other icoa members** 

NOTE: If the funds is not received within 24 hours , the funds will be refunded to the sender’s wallet.

What is the expiry date for my icoa wallet?
None! Your icoa wallet does not expire ! 

My credit card transaction declined, what to do now ?

The credit card transaction can be declined either by your bank or our payment processor. In both cases, you can submit a support ticket with screenshots . We will check the exact reason with our payment processor. 

If the transaction is declined by your bank, you can resolve it by calling your bank. If the decline is from our payment processor's side, we will resolve it by calling them. If nothing works, we will provide you an alternate payment method so that you can start using our service without further delay.

How do I edit/update my member profile information ?

To update your profile information, please do the following :

Login to your icoa account
you will reach your dashboard, under your profile logo you will see edit profile click and start add, change or update your profile information and save

forget my password. How do i retrieve it ?

Go to forget password link - Enter the same email address that you had provided at the time of registration. Click on ‘Submit’.


You will shortly receive an email with your new password (Automated). which can be change later from edit profile page of your dashboard.

How can I apply for Account Deactivation / Delete ?

Log in to your account,  "Delete Account"  Tell us the reason and click delete button

After the account deleted, you will not be able to access icoa platform and your profile information may go offline.
