ICOA services terms and conditions applies to user(s) if user(s) are visitors, registered - free or paid user(s) who access the ICOA App & www.icoa.africa and related services. for any purpose. This agreement also governs the relationship between we and you, It also applies to any legal entity which may be represented by you under actual or apparent authority. User(s) may use the ICOA services solely for their own personal or internal purposes. This service terms applies to all services offered on the ICOA App & www.icoa.africa, collectively with any additional terms and condition that may be applicable to the specific service used/accessed by user(s).
DESCRIPTION OF USE
To use ICOA App & www.icoa.africa User(s) must accept all applicable privacy policy, terms and conditions and all other operating rules, policies, and other procedures that may publish on the ICOA App & www.icoa.africa from time to time. There is no physical contract to sign. By submitting your account registration form you agrees to the creation of its account and accepts the following terms, conditions, and policies :
REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
Following registration, ICOA users will be prompted to complete a profile. Current users can also make changes to their own user profile. A user profile may contain, but is not limited to, your name, a personal statement, or business information and any items contained on a resume or company profile and etc. You should use good judgement about the information that you post in your profile page since this can be viewed by other ICOA users. Additionally, the information in your profile can be edited at your discretion at any time.
If the user provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or ICOA has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ICOA has the right to suspend or terminate the account of the user and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
The user of the ICOA is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under its password or account. The user of the ICOA agrees to (a) immediately notify ICOA of any unauthorized use of its password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that the user of the ICOA exits from its account at the end of each session. ICOA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure of the user
MEMBER CONDUCT
The user of the ICOA understands that all information, data, posts , photographs, videos, products, campaigns, messages or other materials (the "Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that the user of the ICOA and not ICOA, is entirely responsible for all Content that the user of the ICOA upload, post, messages, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. ICOA does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. The user of the ICOA understands that by using the Service, the user of the ICOA may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will ICOA be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, messaged, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
TRANSACTIONS
We do not take part in the actual transaction that takes place between the free and paid members and hence are not a party to any contract for sale negotiated between members All transactions will be the responsibility of the members only. This agreement shall not be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, or other joint business relationship or employment between ICOA and other party .
ICOA user(s) means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates and ICOA, advises its users that while accessing the ICOA App & www.icoa.africa , they must follow/abide by the related business laws. ICOA, is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behavior during use of our platforms. ICOA , may, in its sole discretion, refuse the service to anyone at any time.
NOTE
We urge that you read ICOA privacy policy which governs the protection and use of each User's information in ICOA App & www.icoa.africa possession.
Each user hereby accepts the privacy policy and any updates and amendments thereto. Your continuation of use of the ICOA App & www.icoa.africa shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the Privacy Policy .
A user may not sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, give, assign or otherwise transfer an account, user ID or Password to a third party without the prior written consent of ICOA team .
ICOA may suspend or terminate the account of a registered user or the transferee of a registered user in the event of a sale, offer to sell, gift, assignment or transfer in violation of this Section .
ICOA may refuse registration and deny the issuance of an Account and/or Email Account and associated User ID and Password to any User for whatever reason . In case you chose to discontinue your association with us, you can request us to remove your account by contact our support team ICOA , reserves the right to temporary or permanent termination of membership of any user for any of the following reasons :
If it concludes that the user(s) have provided any false information in connection with the member account or are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities .
The user(s) breach any provisions of the terms and conditions of use agreement Utilize web site & app to send spam messages or repeatedly publish the same product / service or other information Post any material to members that is not related to international trade, investments or business cooperation .
Impersonate or unlawfully use another companies name to post information or conduct business of any form .
Any unauthorized access, use, modification, or control of the web site & app data base, network or related services Obtain by any means web site member's user name and/or password .
CHANGES TO THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
